Terms of Use
Last updated: June 17, 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Master Electrician Guide ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Professional use & no warranty
The calculators, code tables, per-state data, checklists, troubleshooting guidance, and AI assistant are provided for informational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current, or fits any particular purpose.
- The National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) is adopted, amended, and enforced differently by each jurisdiction. The app reflects NEC 2023 by default; your jurisdiction may differ.
- Always verify any value, calculation, or requirement against the actual adopted code edition, local amendments, manufacturer instructions, and your Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
- AI assistant responses may be incomplete or incorrect and must be independently verified.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the safety, legality, and code-compliance of any work you perform. Follow NFPA 70E electrical safety practices: de-energize where possible, verify dead (live-dead-live), use proper PPE, and apply lockout/tagout. Only qualified, licensed individuals should perform electrical work, and only within the scope of their license and local law.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including injury, death, property damage, code violations, failed inspections, or financial loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its content.
5. Estimates & business tools
Pricing ranges, estimate templates, and business guidance are general illustrations only and are not financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own pricing, contracts, and compliance.
6. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
